QuCelerate

I am starting a company called QuCelerate. I am hoping to build a community of software engineers who are experienced in quantum computing. The mission is to help other companies to adopt quantum computing. This is not the only such company. My main goal for this company is to build an open-source product company that leverages volunteer and professional contributions. I previously helped a company called HelpResource establish a presence in the United States and acted as a president for a while. I learned how to set business bank accounts, file taxes, annual reports, and articles of incorporation with various states. I had an opportunity to continue with HelpResource and learn how to operate this company in terms of contracts, hiring, and payroll. However, I realized that the company mission differed from what I wanted to do with my business career. I hope to stand up QuCelerate website soon and reiterate our first product’s architecture and branding. Finding a reasonable IP/trademark attorney on a budget is not easy…
